📦 Return Eligibility

✔️ Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
✔️ Proof of purchase (order # or receipt) is required.
✔️ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain items can’t be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
🔸 Personalized/custom-made products
🔸 Underwear, swimwear, & beauty products (if opened)
🔸 Clearance/final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”)

📮 How to Return

1️⃣ Contact Us – Email returns@overstockhq.com or message us via our Contact Page.
2️⃣ Get Approval – We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number & instructions.
3️⃣ Ship It Back – Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address.

💸 Refunds

✅ Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
✅ Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
✅ Exchanges are subject to product availability.

🚚 Return Shipping

🔹 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🔹 We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
