At OverstockHQ, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order # or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items can’t be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Personalized/custom-made products
- Underwear, swimwear, & beauty products (if opened)
- Clearance/final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable")
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method—we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
Damaged or Defective Items?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
